Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy was born on November 25 on the 25th of November, 1968. She is a Canadian singer, actress and musician. She is most famous for her role as Claire Kincaid, a US prosecutor on Law & Order for three seasons. Crossing Jordan was six seasons. Jordan Cavanaugh, the protagonist on Crossing Jordan, lasted six seasons. She was also acting in movies such as RoboCop 3 or Most Wanted and independent films Chutney Popcorn, which she co-directed. Hennessy was brought up in Edmonton, Alberta. Her father, John Hennessy, was an animal salesman and a sales/marketing executive. It was a job which required a lot of travel, and resulted in frequent moves for the family. Maxine was her mother. She was a secretary. Her daughter was taken away by Eleanor her paternal grandmother in Kitchener, Ontario. John Paul Hennessy Jr. has a younger brother as well as Jacqueline, a twin sister. Jacqueline works as host and journalist for a Canadian TV program. Hennessy is of Irish and French, Swedish, Italian and Swedish ancestry from her father. She also has predominantly Ukrainian Roma and Austrian heritage from her mother. She attended Grand River Collegiate Institute and Stanley Park Senior Public School. Hennessy along with her sister and her first performance was as twin call girls in 1988's Dead Ringers. Gillian Anderson, who was the actress who was ultimately chosen for the role, said she was selected to be the character Dana Scully in The X-Files. She played the character for three seasons and then quit the show in 1996.
